Zavala sounds panicked, Cayde sounds serious, and Ikora is distraught with worry. You race to the Tower...
Each of the various enemy factions has sent an emissary with the same general message:
Cabal Centurion, unarmed: "We of the Cabal will not follow the Emperor if you agree to be allies with us."
Hive Knight, unarmed: "You have tarnished our gods. We would like you to be our ally."
Fallen Captain, unarmed: "All the Houses agree you would be a powerful ally."
Taken Wizard, obviously armed with magic: "You bested our Master Oryx. We follow only if you kill the other emissaries."
Zavala looks at you and says, "This is the first we have ever received our enemy emissaries into the Tower for talks of allies and partnerships. Since this was due in large part to your efforts we feel you should decide."

Once Oryx and his captains are dead, they should cease being Taken and revert back into their normal form. In the game it seems the Fallen are the closest to ever becoming our allies. Would be cool if they did and we got a new character slot and could pick playing as a Fallen.

2 RepliesYo you should knock the taken off the list and put the vex. The taken are evil tainted souls with no will they would not become your ally they would just TAKE you lol I'm og so ide pick vex and kick it with atheon and have them send me back through time to talk to kabr.

1 ReplyProbably the hive. They built cathedrals on the moon, Aligning with them would be diplomatic immunity of a sort with the taken, Eris Morn would be freaked the heck out, I'd like the Hive to forge me a some crazy god like tool of darkness.

Edited by Cooper: 11/6/2015 7:58:31 AMI'd say the Cabal, the Fallen might have a problem with us being guarded by the traveler and they proved to be traitors loyal just to their house. Hive are a no-go, they're just looking for more violence and destruction. The taken are just controlled so I'm not sure how they would fit in as they should return to normal after we killed Oryx. That leaves the Cabal, although heavily militarized they do not seem to be out in space just for destruction. We still don't know for sure why they are here, might be that they fled their home planet because of some incident similar to what happened to the Fallen/Eliksni but due to their organization which seems to be based on loyalty I think they are the ones we actually could start negotiating with.

I chose Fallen. Hive is just gross(anyone remember PoE Ogre?), Vex for whatever reason hasn't sent us an message considering peace(in binary), I've never really liked the Cabal, and the Taken just doesn't sound very appealing to me.

3 RepliesCabal. It's a no brainier. They are extremely militarized which means they are easier to work with. They're also completely simple, no machine God, no weapon of darkness, no time control.

The house of judgement is in our side, and many houses could follow but the good question is would they ally the soldiers whose powered by the traveler; who'd once betrayed them? Hive is loyal to the Taken King, and only hungers for more violence. Cabal, are just barbaric-warmogs who wants to conquer all. Take King has been killed = Taken is killed (Technicality)
