Outright removing elemental primaries and only carrying over select Y1 exotics feels like the game developers pooping in my face. I can think of at least 3 better solutions off the top of my head that make a million times more sense than leaving them all behind. For the love of God knock it off with timegating content. You're turning more people off to your game than you're keeping. Crucible play and forum whining shouldn't heavily dictate weapon buffs/ nerfing that otherwise would never be needed for PvE (main content).
