This is brilliant. I don't think that year 1 players should be brought down to a clean slate at year 2. We worked hard for our stuff and the vision of confluence and the Fatebringer never caused anyone online any harm. They don't change the game either. They're fun to use and I'm skilled with them. Infusing them from 170 would be a fair compromise.
