Check opposing team?
Notice sunbreakers, once you're hitting 2nd to mid rounds, you play the distance while supers are charged. Hear a hammer pop? Run around or counter with exotic shotties or sniper double teams.
Tactics OP - you can't expect to beat every class the same way! 'Though technically you can, unless it's failing.

Not much of a spoiler, kind of dissapointed actually. What you're still not understanding is that Titans are far too privileged in every super they have.

I'm failing at nothing other than trying to broaden your views it seems. It's all game play and out thinking players, you can usually dance around titans and dodge hammers with a hunter. Their whole sunbreaker class is designed around close range tanking! FoH is well, easy to spot when a Titan is prepping to use it and against a defender Titan, patience.

You obviously don't know about the health regen and tracking of the hammer. not to mention they can throw down a GOD DAMN HAMMER BELOW THEM....STAND IN THE SUNSPOT AND IT GRANTS THEM THE ABILITY TO -blam!-ING THROW MORE. This isn't about the evasion of Hammer of Sol, it's about how overly privileged and spoiled god damn rotten every titan is. Main titans, -blam!- what you heard, you'll have a very analytical nerf coming very soon.

Not sure if "you" and "just spoken" should be put in order in a sentence, but I'll ignore that starting now and move on to the point that any -blam!-ing smart person is going to pick those perks, and for those out there not picking those perks it doesn't matter as much..because either way the hammer projectile is still op as -blam!-.
