I'm a Titan main and I'm here to tell you, yea a nerf is going to happen... When I shoot a rocket launcher at a sunbreaker Titan that's supered and no damage is reflected or shown, it's kinda crazy, I shot him in the face...

Uh, no. A rocket launcher can damn well take down an HoS titan. Has happened to me, including just yesterday.

Lag. A rocket launcher will one shot a sunbreaker or leave him with very little health. What you experienced was lag.
