I second Bob and harlod. Maybe tandi. I hope 4 is set in southern California again and ties back to 1 and 2.

That'd be nice but all that is dead wrong. It's on the east coast in the area of post-apocalyptic Boston, Massachusetts. And is being set in 2287. So Tandi would be most likely dead from old age.
