I have a 310 Thunderlord from the raid exotic chest, that's it. I want a raid heavy!
My last dozen engrams have decrypted to 290 items despite opening them with a 307 character. Total BS.

That is BS. I usually get 2/3 engrams to be 310. But I mean I'm 311 so hard raid drops are always over 310.
