Funny thing is that I [i]don't[/i] play. Literally the ONLY time I log in anymore is when my friends ask for my help on the Nightfall or the 3 raids we tried. Other than that I haven't played on my own or because I wanted to in months. Hell I didn't even buy TTK. It was gifted to me by someone on the forums.

I can jive with your post, man. I recently came back after leaving last March and I'm having fun by not giving a fuk about anything. I don't care if I hit max light, don't care about grinding...any of it. Thing is, I really love the gun play in Destiny but constantly have to forget what asshats Bungie and Activision are. Once I decided to only play for the fun of it, the grind stuff fell by the wayside for me. So, on one hand, I totally agree with you. On the other, I'd have to recommend stepping back and try not caring about it and remember it's only a game (granted, it could have been a great game but it's only above mediocre with Bunglevision at the helm).
