I am part of a very casual and small clan on Xbox one. Most of us know each other IRL. Time zones, work, and adult stuff often make it difficult to get enough people together for raids. Case in point, the last 2 weeks we have lost HM checkpoints and we subsequently haven't completed it yet. We have a couple regular players but not enough to consistently field a full raid team.
