One would need to find a rare silver focusing crystal, use that in the construction of the blade.
Or join the Empire's force-user corps, who all used silver lightsabers.

Technically non-canon now, but yeah. They got uniformly made silver sabers. So if you wanted any individuality...not a good place to go.
