The Cryptarch mask doesn't exist
I have opened 10-20 packages every single day since the Festival of the Lost started. After opening 100+ packages, I can confirm that the Cryptarch mask is not in the loot table (for me, at least). I have received at least 5 of every other mask and not a single Rahool one.
