Hunters are STILL the strongest PVP class.
Supers last a small fraction of the overall game time.
Plus, decent players have already learnt how to counter HoS.

I'm a crappy pvp player, and even I figured that out in the first week. Run, find cover, crouch, shotgun camp, count to ten. Now go find them. Not hard.

But the super lasts 26 seconds...

Nope, twenty if you don't use a hammer, each hammer eats into that time, spam the crap out of them you get seven in less than ten seconds, IF you perk for more hammers, everyone does. Either way, a few seconds to hide, count to ten, it's over, and all the noise and fireworks told you where they are, how much more advantage do you need?

It is 26 seconds if no hammers are thrown. Usually after ten seconds, they'd be able to throw 3 hammers.
