Nah I bought it at launch.
And it [i]is[/i] pay and win. Buy req packs, get req cards. You could have a team of players who spend $9 each for 3 gold packs. If they use all their cards (vehicles, weapons, and boosts) then they will most likely win.

It takes kills and objectives to build req power to use weapons. The other team has the same options. Gold packs and silver packs give basically the same stuff. Gold, you have a chance at an ultra or legandary, which takes even longer to use in game.
