A vanity or costume slot would be perfect, have a separate slot for costumes , animations effects etc. This would not interfere with our characters light level just pure appearance. I know that if there were costumes you could buy with silver I would have most of them, not to mention effects. You could also drop certain costumes from bosses or reward Hard Mode Completion raiders a certain flame effect for the week which goes in that slot.
