How is it incorrect? Do you have the information to prove that? Because I have proof based on the stats and availability of the "OP" snipers from Y1. -Her Benevolence had a base AA of 40. Though this is lower than 1000 yard, you could very easily aquire one and reroll it to have HH and Shortgaze. HH adds 20 and Shortgaze previously added 10 I beleive, giving the HB a total of 70 AA. -Shadow of Veils had a base of 69(lel) and it came with Shortgaze guaranteed, giving it 79 AA. This sniper was also [u]very[/u] easily quired. -Eye of Sol had a base of 61 and also came with Shortgaze, giving it 71. This one isn't as easily aquired, however. Those are just the HoW snipers. -Longbow Synthesis had a base of 53. With a good roll with a Shortgaze, you could get 63. -LDR has a base of 49, with Shortgaze you can get 59. Point proven.
