Pretty sure you're not familiar with how aim assist works or you wouldn't be complaining about it. 1000 yard stare is around more than any other sniper because we are GIVEN the sniper as a reward. There is no problem, it is an illusion. It just feels like there is a problem because literally (I actually meant literally) EVERYONE has a stare. If there was a wide dispersion of snipers, then you wouldn't have an argument. The fact is the stare doesn't even have that good of an assist Stat compared to other snipers in the game or other snipers in the past. So, git gud skrub?
