Its not OP, it's just the only option for most. Most people would agree that the impact is in the sweet spot. There just aren't many options. The only other one in the sweet spot is the Stillpiercer, which is a Hunter exclusive. In year one, we had the LDR, Benevolence, Longbow, and the Shadow of Veils. If you aren't a Hunter, you only have one option, compared to 4 in year 1.
