I suggest OP invest in using cover, flanking hardscopers , using his primary and bullet flinch, safely closing the distance, crouching to minimise radar. Once you master these skills (known as "The Basics") you too can again shotgun rush and shove your Conspiracy Theory December up a snipers ass. You too can have a positive K/D. And you too can stop whining. Not a PvP sniper, but there is no problem with a Sniper shooting you in the head and killing you quickly. I run a shotgun in PvP and they still work. They still work at a good distance. They still one shot. If you are getting sniped before you are in optimal range for your weapons then that is your fault.
