I use x42 and I've never had a problem with sound swapping. I get about 12 hours out of a charge on my rechargeable batteries. I don't ever have the volume way up though as I've got really good hearing.

It just randomly cuts the sound out for a few seconds then it comes back. Sometimes it's normal sometimes the sound is reversed. I sit like 3 or 4 feet from the receiver so could that be part of it?
