My assumption was that hunters would be sniper/precision class while warlocks were Mage archetypes and Titans tanks. Once I made a character of each I quickly found out that I use the same weapons on each toon and there wasn't a clear advantage to hearing them out differently.
I tried hard to build a health leach build with the warlock using red death, and the ram but that's where the build ended. I used Obsidian mind and Bad Juju for a long time thinking of pure DPS - found synergies but they are so simple and even unnecessary that it seemed silly. Might as well have a free life with self res and forget about building a character.
I tried to see the DPS advantage of using a GG Hunter for the buffs for reload and accuracy (chain of woe and gunslingers trance) but it ends there. In theory it pairs well with hand cannons, snipers and scouts but even being accurate with hand cannons and snipers will still result in you having little to no ammo. On a side note: field scout seems like something hunters (pillagers of the wastes) should have access to as a class perk or class armor perk; my two cents.
The Titan is a tank in HoS. He/she can perform specific tasks and become a melee powerhouse with the help of defender but it could be taken farther with armor abilities. The fist of havoc tree has no place in the game. It isn't a build... It should become a medic or a machine gun specialist subclass where you become a walking tank. (Keep in mind I'm only considering PvE at this point) Something more specialized for the Titan subclasses would help.
