Fallout 4 don't look that great to me. I think it's going to be smaller to compensate for the graphics

We'll see about that. Developers have a tendency to exaggerate ALOT, and they've been doing it with more frequency these past few years. Though I will admit it would be nice to be proven wrong.

Fallout will have to be godlike to beat out Witcher 3. Games like Witcher 3 only come along once or twice in a Console Generation.

No there are genuine leaks. Pete Hines and Todd Howard both have said on Twitter and in interviews that all videos containing spoilers will be subject to copyright claim. Hell even the Fallout Sub Reddit is forbidding the posting of ANY spoilers or videos. This is an example of when early copies get out and the Dev DOESN'T want that kind of info out there.

Yeah, sometimes leaks are genuine. You also mention subject, which is key. Developers/Publishers at times will claim copyright if anyone leaks anything [I]they[/I] don't want leaked.
