It may seem like it, I mean u give away some skills for when ur out of super, and more go into super. Sounds like an even deal, until u realize that u regularly spend more time out of super than in super. Let's take a Titan with maxed intellect to see the best case scenario. A maxed intellect build would give u a 4 minute, 30 second cool down at minimum. Now this wait builds up to about 27 seconds of super time, and then even less time when throwing hammers. Too add on, there is no guarantee that u can make anything of using the super. So, in reality, u r given significantly more time with a underwhelming build to have an amazing super that will only last u a few mere seconds at best. Yes, it is more time than other super's get, but then again, they do not have the same read off the Sunbreaker has.
