Was doing the first part of kings fall, and right when I dunked the relic it shot me into the ceiling and I died. And of course I was goofing off with friends on the dreadnought, I was by the door to the next area at the breach. My friend killed a phalanx with suncharge by the far engine, and it launched the shield across the room and it killed me.
