I think they will. It'd be super easy to design new weapons and armor and just throw them in the content they already have designed. They would probably get accused of being lazy and recycling old content though. They'd probably need at least a few new things if they were gonna put it in a dlc. It'd be kinda sketchy to just load the old content with new gear and call it a dlc and slap a price tag on it.. Hahaha
