This is the most concise guide I've seen for this on the forum. Good information about wiping mattering only in a darkness zone, I soloed it last time and died on the jump to the third ghost, I was going to reset and start again after the advice I'd read but thought I practise the jump. I landed and the ghost was there and I completed the mission.
