Glass half full pulse rifles dont work
Y does glass half full not work on pulse rifles i got it on my grasp of malok and it doesnt do anything at all whats the point of having a perk on a weapon that doesnt work it either needs to work or changed to another perk that would be just as good at glass half full is suppose to be

3 RepliesGlass half full does almost nothing Once you hit the second half you get 0% bonus damage, and that damage bonus slowly increases with every bullet fires until you hit the final round in the mag which still only gets a 6% damage bonus
