RIP IN PIECE BALANCED SNIPERS
Snipers should NOT be able to kill someone before they react! Damage should be reduced so they cannot do more than 185 per headshot!

Don't reduce damage. Just stop spawning with special ammo. Problem solved. A sniper or shotgun should allow one or two people to have about 4 rounds a couple times per match. That's it. You shouldn't be able to use a sniper as a primary
