With a 1000-Yard Stare with Triple Tap and a Black Spindle with White Nail, there is no need for Eirene RR4.
And 1000-Yard Stare absolutely destroys Eirene because of the aim assist it has. Also, my 1000-Yard Stare has max stability.
Even though I said all of that, I'll probably still end up getting it though, because why not? Haha.
