Then what would be the point in snipers it takes skill to hit the head anyways your ibvs just a player who runs round woth a shotty and because he cant snipe gets pissed off

Shotguns should be for long range only IMO. Sniper should be medium range. Fusions should be melee weapons that only damage shields
