If amazes me. I have a business, and if my employees ever disrespected my customers, they'd be fired, and I'd lose business. It's insane

Oh trust me, I was born in 1983, I've been raised with respect. Working the food industry for 10 years opening various Hooter stores for Texas Wings. INC (Hooters franchised by TexasWings.Inc). I have learned to always respect the customer and that the customer is always right. Now I know many don't agree with that mentality, hell even I don't to a certain extent, but it is what it is and if people want successful businesses, they need to have better communication with its support base.
