The weapons parts things only doesn't affect the PvP player base. The guys who only know how to use about 3 weapons. There is no need for them to experiment or have fun with other weapons. The balance thing is a product of PvP douche bags as well. The PvP is literally killing this game. There is no story, no advancement, really no reason to put so much time and effort into.
