If you were offended by that weekly update you must be really thin skinned and to be honest quite pathetic! (probably need to get out more too!)
They're just joking around, and besides they receive their fair share of snarky comments.
Calm the -blam!- down. Godamn drama queens!
English
-
I agree Ryan
-
-blam!- off, fanboy. We know YOU like it the ass, but we choose no
-
I hope that you're taking notes Deej. Remember to implement a boring formal language in your next weekly update. No jokes. No wit. No fun. Because remember, video games are very serious, and apparently jokes and an informal language is considered deeply offensive. It's just too much for this sensitive and very serious community.
-
It's not about being offended. It's about being annoyed that they don't take their paying customers' concerns seriously. I'm this close from uninstalling the game. Then again, you're probably a little kid with all of the time and mom's money in the world to blow on this game. Just as most of the people misinterpretting the OP are.
-
No, I think everyone has a right to be offended. I dont think they are joking. I think this is truly how he feels. Look at what they are doing to the game and tell me they have the players best interest at heart.
-
everyone has the right to be offended...-blam!-ing america.....
I'm American....
1st amendment rights

As interpreted by liberals

I support the rights of American people. How am I being a liberal? I guess you hate freedom.

Edited by Intox__Reboot: 11/8/2015 8:45:33 AMfreedom...lol...now you are REQUIRED to have health insurance....which cost money....welcome to the land of the free....ish.....which is forced upon us by the liberals....
upon US...not the poverty stricken foodstamp collectors or illegal immigrants who we are forced to pay for through our taxes
Edited by SneakyTuck1: 11/6/2015 10:18:24 AMThat's not how I meant it. We paid for this shit, if they are going to have shitty attitudes then I think people have a right to be pissed. I understand the forums aren't very nice to devs, but we represent a small % of players... 'One bad apple' doesn't mean Deej should go off on the whole community. He went full retard, you never go full retard. I admit tho, it would be funny as shit if he went off on select players... Just don't piss off the majority of the community.
-
Lol I could imagine "And for a final note, the winner of the -Blam-! raffle is... RandomForumGoer69! You've just won a 6 month ban! Congratulations! Remember if you wish to enter next weeks raffle just tag #DeeJisA-Blam!- and we will pick a new winner next week! Good luck all!"

Ultimately, they are a business, and we are the consumers. In what other industry is it acceptable for the business to speak to the consumers like that?
-
Lmao if you really think corporations really care about you and not just your money your in for a rude awakening. Atleast bungie actually is trying to change somthings unlike many other video game companies. Just because he said a joke you didn't find funny does not mean they don't care about the consumer hell the simple fact that they are implementing the change means they listen to us so why take this stupid joke from someone you don't even know to heart.
-
Where did I say anything about them caring? That isn't the point at all.
-
I'm saying they don't care about whether or not you'll feel some type of way about a joke one of there employees made.
-
In what plane of existence should it be okay for consumers to talk the way they do to employees? Oh right, this one because "the customer is always right". That's some dumb shit right there
-
Lol, in the plane of existence where the customers are the ones paying the money. It's always been that way. What are you talking about?
-
The consumers are the real kings and queens.
-
Ultimately, they are a business, and we are the consumers. In what other industry is it acceptable for the business to speak to the consumers like that?
-
As a customer you don't have to take that from them, but as a customer you also don't tell them how to run their business. You either invest in it or move on.
-
If i was them i really would listened to the consumers critic.
-
There are many things a customer would like but if put into practice is actually very bad. It's up to the business to run itself. I made a comparison in another reply to you that I'll just reiterate here. Customers are like babies. Those babies might want to drink hot sauce but you wouldn't let them because you know that ultimately they wouldn't like it.
-
Yes your right! Ive seen people want epic space ships battles and other shit. But that's not what the big crowd are asking for. The regular Destiny consumer wants a scale down. They want working, consistent leveling system, economy, story and so on. Bungie is giving the baby the hot sauce and the baby are crying for milk.
