Actually i would prefer if they just said what they thought, instead I bet they make rough drafts, edits, more drafts of their carefully worded posts. Would much prefer honest raw oponion instead of pandering to a crowd.

Same, I hate that companies have sit there holding the hands of customers so they don't "offend" them. These the same type of people that made it a requirement to put "caution hot" on coffee cups. The fact that it's something you need to be told about coffee is ridiculous.
