When you look at some of the vile, horrible shit that people say on these forum towards Bungie, regardless of merit, I wouldn't blame them for responding with a bit of snark.

Not when its your job to please customers. This is a service. We pay for it. The basis of this is all principle. Ever heard the expression [i]the customer is always right[/i] [spoiler]even though I highly disagree with most of the things that the community here tries to push[/spoiler]

This community gets hostile, idiotic, and ignorant over both dumb and important things. It's one thing to have a fiery passion about the game you love, but it's quite another to be completely belligerent towards the company. It wouldn't surprise me in someone in this community has messaged DeeJ and told him to go "eat a bullet." It doesn't seem so far fetched. So when he throws a little snark in an update, I'm all for it.

Not that I disagree with you, if I was in his place I would like to do the same thing. But what im trying to say here is that its just not good business. It makes them look bad. Lord knows with luke smith saying all his shit all the time the community already hates them enough, its just not how business is supposed to work. Its not appropriate. Being snarky is doing nothing but making them seem like a child.

You don't give them their check. It's not a government job, and you're not paying taxes. They're employed by a company that has to pay them regardless of sales. It's factored into their overhead. It was a joke. Don't be a butt hurt cream puff.
