They are poking fun at the community, not being unprofessional. This isn't a board room meeting where we need a professional update that has no humor what so ever. They listened to the community and announced they were fixing a problem, while having a bit of fun doing it. The amount of abuse Bungie has recieved on these forums is astronomical, of course they are more active on a forum which offers constructive criticism as opposed to the bile I see posted on these forums daily.
