They're turning it into a game they want. I guess as a game creator that's fine since you'd want to create what you and your team envisioned. But they post these weekly updates saying how they're always listening to the community for ways to improve the game. I've read so many great suggestions on these forums that go either unheard or they just don't care. The "issues" I see them tending to the most is nerfing xyz. Yes there's a lot of complaining, but why should that be their main concern? There's all these new games coming out and they're doing nothing relevant to compete. The real issues I've seen players come across are: Lack of content - we do the same thing over and over again. That's fine if it didn't lead to the next issue. RNG - not rng in it's entirety. But an example is the raid drops. If you're going to implement such a large amount of farming for gear then make it worth while. I've said it on other posts, but raid gear should only drop at the same light or higher light than whatever piece of gear you have in that slot. Dedicated servers - these new games are emphasizing on the fact that they are using dedicated servers. (At least halo 5 is, idk if CoD does). Having to play with people with terrible connections or lag switchers in events like Trials. These are a few of the bigger issues not being addressed in my opinion. Nerfing everything to the ground isn't going to make everyone happy. Everyone has the same access to get every gun, skill and time may be the only real factor holding them back. Tl;dr - Bungie isn't as concerned with the ideas of the community as they try to make it seem. From what I understand from deej's post is that they'll make the game the way they like to play it. If they do care, fix the bigger issues before you lose too many players to these new games. *destiny is still my favorite game. I hope it keeps on getting better. Sorry op for my rant
