Man all the end game content is just an endless loop. There's no moving forward. Court of oryx, the raids, the nightfall, Trials, prison of Elders - they've never really moved you forward. They just made you feel like you had accomplished the biggest feat in the game at that time, then you went back to playing pvp or doing strikes just starting that loop all over again. You know they did experiments on gamers for 3 years before making this game. They wanted to find a way to create a false sense of accomplishment while keeping the consumer hungry and coming back for more. They would take the results of the first test, make some changes and run more tests. Thus, RNG was born. This is all just one "10 year plan" to keep millions of people hooked and spending money. It's actually quite genius, business wise, but it doesn't feel good to know that YOU are part of the herd. If you could look at a chart of my playtime somehow, you will see that there has been a steady decrease in the amount of time I put in. Why can't I just stop playing? Cause it's like quitting cigarettes, you have to ease into it. Why do you think everything is the way it is? The updates that say a bunch of shit without saying anything, the "end game" that's not really end game content but actually the game itself, the time gated Exotics, the advertised Exotics that are no where to be found, intentionally ignoring the pvp lag issues, banning people for the wrong reasons, and doing the best they can to turn every minute you spend playing destiny into an hour.
