When someone is paying you for your service you don't give them sarcastic replies. If you paid someone to mow your lawn and they missed a spot, you'd tell them to fix it. If you're the guy mowing the lawn, you're not going to be snarky and tell them to deal with it or say "I'll get around to it". It really is basic principles of business. Now, I took no offense when reading it myself; but I do see the unprofessionalism in the statement.

If you don't have haters, you haven't made it. They're a large scale corporation. They rely on feedback from their customers, they decided to tailor their product to a younger community and should've accepted/expected the amount of immaturity they'd be dealing with.

Or you could be a professional. That's generally what people with jobs do. If you worked as a drive through service you don't snap at the people ordering food just because someone was rude. That's how you lose customers.
