If they try to be a little more personable, they're accused of being unprofessional If they try to be as professional as possible, they're accused of not caring about the community and that they're just a corporate lackey So tell me, what would've made you happy? Bc if them trying to joke around a little offends you, and them lacking all emotion would have as well, I don't see what they could've done to appease you
