Fix Your Freaking Servers

Why is it after a year of running this game, the server situation is still abysmal? Add some more hardware or virtual machines, or both. Get better server management and monitoring software. Oh, and send error codes that mean something to the end user. Oh and those silly solutions that you offer: "Try clearing your cache" "Reset your router" Uh, no. I pop your game in, Bungie, and I can't sign in. I jump over to Halo 5 and have no problems. Then I run the Need for Speed Demo.... again no problems. Pop in Titanfall, and hey guess what? It works. I sign into my wife's Xbox and have issues with Destiny, but none of her other junk. It's your crap that's broken.

Hi Vile Bastage, It's possible that this is related to upstream ISP issues in the St. Louis area that we believe may be impacting people in both Missouri and Illinois, however we do not have any way to confirm this. Try the steps found in our Network Troubleshooting Guide, and if you continue to experience cattle and centipede errors you may want to contact your ISP for more information. EDIT: Please note that this reply was specific to November 2nd. If you are still experiencing problems after November 2nd, please create a new thread in the #Help forum.
