I'm not trying to brag or anything, but I can bench 70 pounds. That's like almost half of my weight. Damn I'm good.

I don't bench but I can lunge. I weigh 150 and I lunge my body weight with a 25pound dumb bell in my hand and little Dumbbells strapped on to equal 200 pounds total. I do 50 lunges each leg nonstop, go down till my leg hits the ground, I run cross country so lunging is like my thing lmfao
