-
He follows her, looking around at nearby soldiers.
-
The woman in front of him was tall, as per usual of a Spartan She walked with a certain style, that seemed to command others attention as she followed the squad in front of her
-
She was tall, but not as tall as Python. Not many were. His monstrous gugure demanded attention, all of it. Huge, metal arms swayed as he walked, broad shoulders took up most of the hallway. His footsteps make small clinks as they hit the ground.
-
They continues forward, taking a cargo elevator for faster travel
-
They soon enter the buzzing command center, instantly swarmed by soldiers going about their own business. Python looks down at her. "Overwhelming, isn't it?"
-
"Not really" The squad moves forward, leading them to Hill
I'll leave it to you to control Hill
-
K
Hill eyes them, his caterpillar mustache shining bright gray in the light. He looks maybe in his 60s, hands in front of him. He was hunched over a hologram of where she was found. Python speaks up. "General." Hill doesn't turn. "Yes?" "The woman we rescued is here." Hill turns, eyeing the woman. "Ah...you were the one that sent the distress call, correct?"
-
"I did not The ships systems must have" She removes her helmet, for the first time, revealing her short red hair and vibrant green eyes
-
Hill nods as Python crosses his arms. "Does the UNSC have a plan for you?" Hill sounds fearful, almost like someone he's afraid of is nearby...
-
The Spartan looks at him closely, then around to see who "They don't know I'm alive yet"
-
Hill looks at Python, allowing him to speak. "Do you want them to know?"
-
"Yes, I do"
-
They both nod. Python looks at Hill and nods. "I got it." Python walks off, towards what looks like a comms station.
-
The woman remains quiet
-
Python comes back. "The UNSC knows you're alive and say it's up to you if you want to stay or not."
-
"Depends how far away the Infinity is, most likely farther than I can guess" She shrugs "Until they do get close, I'm stuck here"
-
Inb4InfinityGetsShotDown
"I need to get back to work, welcome to the ship." Hill returns to the war map. Python looks down at her. "Come on, I'll show you around." He starts to step away.
-
She sighs, inaudible to him, but she follows nonetheless
-
"So that was the command deck." They reach a large intersection. "Barracks, armory, hangar. Upstairs are the big wigs' rooms."
-
She continues to follow him, taking notes of the many different decks
-
He stays quiet for a moment. "Your room is 247F if you're here long enough to need one."
-
She follows behind him "Most likely I will be"
-
They eventually arrive at the room. He opens the room for her.
-
She walks in, looking around, and was pleased tpnsee an armor station was already in place In Montys mind, it clicked in his head that Nova probably did it Wait, where's Nova?
-
He looks around for a moment then speaks out loud. "Nova, you here?"
