No i didnt? The have the exact same impact (as in damage, i thoroughly tested both in the raid, crucible, and heroic/ standard vanguard strikes, both do the exact same damage per shot), the reason why the impact stat on eirine is slightly higher is because it probably has built in high caliber rounds or something. Dont see how thats contradicting what i said earlier
