A person in DeeJ's position shouldn't make jokes like that. You never take the chance that you're antagonizing one of your paying customers, you know the people who help pay your salary.

Well, you know what? I'm willing to bet he had to write the thing up and it had to receive approval from someone higher within Bungie before he posted the update. Pretty sure he wouldn't be able to write whatever he wants and just throw it up without some kind of green light from a manager. If that's the case, it obviously made the cut, and the manager liked the joke. Can't take the heat? GTF out of the oven.

If you honestly believe that then you will have to concede that they have lied to us. Why? Because after the last IB, DeeJ attempted to take the blame for the lack of IB drops by writing that he mistakenly misled us on that matter, however in the very next Weekly Update, a Dev informs us that there was a bug. You can't have it both ways, so either he has everything screened prior to release or they're a pack of liars.
