You seriously think it could be down to '15-10 million'?
25 million is the registered accounts (including those who quit at like level 3). No way in hell Destiny maintains 10 million daily.

Ok so down from 5 million to 1 million, i still haven't noticed any difference

Think about it... one million people when you need 6 people for the hardest PvE content and 12 people for a multiplayer match.
