I think the comments could be taken either way, good or bad. Personally, I think they're just scrambling to fix things and keep users with things they should have fixed months ago. It almost appears as though they don't have an oversight team to think about these things before they release them. Of course I'm not working for them, so I wouldn't and couldn't know for sure.
