I think it boils down to who has the most op build and who can use the exploits the best with a dash of skill.

I say bullshit, i run fusion rifles and hand cannons and manage to not get "rekt" in pvp.

But you cant deny it disadvantages you.

Using a hand cannon post 2.0 yes, im using First Curse right now and the accuracy is off. But with fusion rifles absolutely not, they're amazing even after all the nerfs
