Beats waiting around and hoping Bungie gives them weapon parts.
I used all of my weapon parts when TTK came out leveling factions and I have over 2k. How are people out of them?

By not spending every moment grinding...? We're talking about levelling up guns. Not completing endgame content. You shouldn't have to put hours into something just because they want you to.
