Absolutely not, but the age old saying of "the customer is always right" is no longer relevant in today's "law suit" culture. If you want to be treated with respect and see the results you've petitioned for, then it starts with treating those in a position to offer those things with respect also and putting across a valid constructive adult argument. Certainly not by whining and crying and throwing personal insults or calling for someone's job.

I am by no means encouraging "whining and crying" but for the people that actually provide mature feedback, I think they should get a mature response.
