I wouldn't say the in -game problems were mistakes, i think they're done on purpose. As for the arrogant behaviour - spot on. However i do feel sorry for Bungie employees though. You try going home from a hard days trolling with nothing to comfort you but a huge nest of cash, that can't be easy.
